Positive: Beautifully presented and spacious apartment. Easy location to access much of central Vienna or public transport. Comfortable, quiet and everything provided and thought of.
Negative: We were lucky the weather had cooled down, but the apartment was quite warm overnight without air conditioning. Fans were provided however that do really help.

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay. We were greeted very nicely. It felt like we are visiting a relative we never knew we have in Vienna. Everything was spotlessly clean. You can really feel how much Konstanze cares about guests. It is visible in every detail. The location is great, even though it is a city centre it is not loud. I highly recommend staying in Roosevelt Stadthaus.

Positive: Friendly hosts. The location, a quiet neighborhood, close to the city centre. In the apartment lobby there is a kitchenette with coffee machine, electric kettle, a selection of tea, water, wine, fridge and a small library, quite helpful if you want to discover or learn more about Vienna. The towels (especially those used for cleaning the water from the shower cabin) can be replaced on demand.
Negative: The apartments are located in a residential building and in order to reach the lift you need to climb a flight of stairs which with a heavy luggage is quite a challenge, so be prepared!

Positive: Fantastic location. Views of the cathedral right out of the window. Secure parking at a discounted rate nearby. The host who checked us in was super friendly and really helpful. Nothing felt like too big of a request for them. We had one of the apartments. The kitchen had everything you’d need, and very helpful and clear instructions for how to use the washing machine and dishwasher. Everything was comfortable and very clean. It felt like we were in our own home, but with hosts who would also do anything to accommodate us. Even when I asked for a place where I could purchase an adapter, they provided one themselves. We had privacy, our own space, but also had very helpful hosts right on the end of the phone. If we visit Vienna again we will absolutely stay here.

Positive: The rooms are located in a beautiful old building with offices on the ground floor. Very pleasant and quiet area, near all public transport and good restaurants, easy to walk to the busy town centre too. The owner had organised our airport transport (great limousine service for 60 euros) and was waiting for us on arrival. He was very nice, easygoing and the check-in was straightforward. We even got a complimentary late check-out until 3pm on the Sunday. We had an apartment with a small but well equipped cooking area, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. The room was very quiet. There was also a small lounge with more tea/coffee facilities. Everything was modern and very clean. We would definitely come back as we also loved the area.
Negative: Could maybe be a bit difficult for people with mobility issues as there are around 10 steps to access the lift. No air conditioning which was not a problem for us (we had up to 30 degrees on the Saturday) but I imagine it could be quite hot in the summer.
Summary: Very pleasant stay at Roosevelt Stadthaus, great location. We will come back!
