Summary: We hebben een fantastische week gehad, locatie, uitzicht fenomenaal, voorzieningen, inrichting zowel binnen als buiten. Voor koken buiten is alles aanwezig. Zwembad verademing. Omgeving kanoën, wandelen, Gorge d’Héric TOP TOP en nog eens TOP. Zou daar zeker nogmaals terug naar toe gaan als de woning voorzien zou zijn van airco. Heb begrepen dat ze die komende winter gaan installeren. Onze beoordeling is niet fantastisch puur door afwezigheid van airco. Familie Heijboer

Summary: We beginnen vandaag aan onze vijfde verlofdag. Tot hiertoe was het fantastisch. Het huis is reuze gelegen ( wel wat verouderd) met een prachtig uitzicht. Alleen de weg er naar toe is een ramp. De laatste 300 honderd meter stop de weg en gaat over in een bosweg vol met stenen en rotsblokken zodat autorijden echt niet tof is. Ook om het huis te verlaten met de auto is echt niet simpel. Maar dat zien we door de vingers. Ook is er geen airco en met temperaturen rond de 35 gr. En meer is het binnen echt niet te doen. Maar ook dat pakken we erbij. Op naar de volgende reuze dagen .

Summary: Huisje ligt in een klein, rustig dorp omgeven door schitterende natuur. Net zoals op de foto's te zien is hadden we vanop ons terras een prachtig uitzicht. Onbetaalbaar! Alles is voorzien in het huisje: bbq, veel ligzetels, zithoekjes ... We hebben enkele dagen gespendeerd aan het zwembad maar ook wat uitstappen gedaan. Als je rustig aan de rivier wil gaan liggen, vind je op een wandelafstand van 10min enkele ligstrandjes. Wij hebben ook een wandeltocht gedaan in Colombières, pittige wandeling maar aan te raden voor mensen die regelmatig gaan stappen. Een bezoek aan Caracasonne deden we ook maar hier hebben we toch enkele uurtjes over gereden omwille van de bergen. Kortom: heel aangenaam verblijf gehad en voor rustzoekers en wandelaars een echt paradijs!

Summary: Top locatie, voorzien van alle luxe, gezellig interieur, goed uitgeruste keuken, frisse badkamers, groot terras met een schitterende view in een authentiek Frans wijndorp. We konden er telkens genieten van een heerlijke duik in het zwembad na één van onderstaande activiteiten in de buurt. Super aanrader voor de sportievelingen is de Adrenaline kajaktocht vanuit Roquebrun of een avond met elektrische trotinette door de wijngaarden rijden met als afsluiter een hapje met heerlijke streekproducten. Heel mooi was de ochtendwandeling Ceps- Vieussan (schitterend dorpje tegen de bergwand met geen toeristische tralala), nog een aanrader is een wandeltrip door de nabij gelegen gorge d’Heric (vroeg in de morgen ben je hier bijna alleen, later op de dag vrij druk). Prachtige streek om te mountainbiken van dorpje naar dorpje. In de buurt kan je éénvoudig maar lekker eten en in Ceps zelf is een wijndegustatie bij het kleine familiale domein Vieux Chai een aanrader.

Summary: Omgeving was mooi. Accomodatie zeker niet wat we ervan verwacht hadden. Buiteninfrastructuur was slecht! . Prijs niet waardig. We hebben het na 2 week voor bekeken gehouden en elders een andere woning geboekt. Nooit voorgehad in 15 jaar villa's in Frankrijk hebben geboekt. Service ter plaatse liet ook te wensen over. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Summary: Een zeer mooi huis met alles wat je nodig heb is aanwezig. Een zeer mooi zicht op iedere plaats van het mooi terras. Het zwembad is zeer mooi onderhouden het water was zalig. De kamers en de bedden aangenaam en goed van kwaliteit idem wat betreft het boven terras kan je ook genieten van het mooi uitzicht, bergen en heuvels van wijn velden waar ook tafelen en stoelen aanwezig zijn op het boven terras. Beneden een mooi inloop douche en boven een ligbad dus keuze genoeg om u te wassen. Het huis binnen fantastisch en gezellig. Alles was netjes als wij aankwamen. Mooie wandeling idem om te fietsen. Het is voor herhaling vatbaar de vakantie was top, een aanrader! Rust, natuur, wandelen en fietsen, kanovaren, en op 5 km dorp Roquebrun zeer goede restaurants alles kan je daar doen.

Summary: Prachtige omgeving. Schitterende natuur en heerlijk rustig. De accommodatie ligt prachtig tegen een berghelling in een afgelegen dorpje. De villa is slecht toegankelijk via een stijl grindpad. De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien maar de staat van onderhoud is minder goed dan je van een dergelijke villa mag verwachten.

Summary: Prachtige Villa tussen de wijngaarden! Groot en modern ingericht. Voldoende ruimte aan het zwembad buiten. Volop genieten van de rust en relaxen. Minpuntjes zijn het giga steile grindpad die naar de woning leidt, alles moet per auto gebeuren zelfs de bakker 's morgens, onderhoud buiten kan beter zeker voor zo een luxueuze villa.
