Positive: We booked the entire location for a small birthday party, because we were looking for privacy and to feel homely. The venue is in a residential area, lots of random bits tossed around, on the way to the venue, but once you get to the actual rentals, it's quite lovely, private and beautiful. There are three deck areas for eating, BBQ facilities, a long lawn to play on and lots of water sports bikes, kayaks, which we were told we could use as we wish. There are even some life vests, but we brought our own, it's always best to have them new anyway. Lovely location, plenty of room to run around, move, explore and lots of photogenic spots. The host was super friendly and helpful, even helped us unload the car and then load it back up, when we left. We had a bout of very bad weather, unfortunately, on the day. The main eating/cooking area is covered, but there are leaks so mind where you put perishables.

Negative: There is consolidation work needed in all areas. As much of the grounds is open air, essentially, nature creeps in too, so you could end up with foods that have been left out, ravaged by area cats and dogs. Our fault, really, on that one. There's bits missing, like shower heads in 2 of the 3 bathrooms, proper installation of the sink in one of them, working shower doors etc. All things considered, the rustic look enhanced our experience, as we didn't feel confined by a pristine location, where you're worried to leave water marks on the shower door. If that's your thing, perhaps another location would be suitable. For our stay there, we felt at home and among friends, and my camera cards are absolutely completely full.

Positive: Very nice, chill atmosphere, amazing lake view, and friendly owner. The place is dog friendly too. We really enjoyed the beautiful garden and the shared kitchen is well equipped. We were even offered to use the kayaks, hydrobikes. Absolutley recommended!

Negative: The bathroom could be improved.

Positive: The location is excellent 👍. The administrator was welcoming and friendly, he installed an electrical heater in the room before our arrival. They have an outside kitchen which is covered and equipped with everything we needed for preparing the meals and enjoying a nice coffee from the house. We stayed only one night and didn't had time to enjoy the lake and fishing.

Negative: The bathroom needs some improvements

Positive: Nice bungalow right by the lake, spectacular view, and a friendly host, who let us take the boat out on the lake free of charge. The place is clean, very pleasant and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. You can swim in the lake. There are restaurants nearby. Cooking your own meal is also an option in the common kitchen, which also features two fridges. You can park your car by the main road, not far from the bungalow. The bungalow has two terrace areas, one for lounging, the other one for sitting at the table. Very happy with the whole experience. Thank you!
