Positive: Can’t praise this place highly enough, beautiful property, everything you could possibly need supplied, peaceful, well maintained and only a 10 min drive from nearest town which has everything from a McDonald’s to clothes shops, homeware etc . We were a family group of 7 & there was plenty of room.
Negative: Nothing
Summary: Stayed for a wedding in nearby Berrima, there were places we could have stayed closer but not as nice or reasonably pric

Positive: Gorgeous old cottage. Easy to find and although it was on the main road, there was very little traffic noise. It was warm and cosy. Good-sized living area/kitchen/dining. Beds were comfy.
Negative: The company that manages it doesn't respond to emails. There was only 1 wine glass! It could be made a fabulous stay with only a couple of changes. There isn't enough seating inside for the number of people it holds. There is a lovely wrap-around verandah, but only 2 small uncomfortable wooden chairs. We couldn't sit outside because of this which was a real shame. There was also an outdoor table, but again, no chairs????

Positive: The place was wonderful, roomy, well appointed, ducted air conditioning, central to many places, private, clean, very comfortable and rustic in the loveliest way. Beautiful surrounds which made our stay seem even more restful. All three of us (adult ladies) would return with family and friends.
Negative: We know the trend now is for only a fitted sheet and Doona, but having a top sheet, we find, is a must.
Summary: Everything we could have wanted and more.

Negative: it still needs some additional kitchen items such as frying pan, saucepans and wine glasses. there were only 3 and we had visitors. the road noise was a bit distracting.
