Negative: There was paid parking except the hotel room price.and it was €21 per day.breakfast was good but they didnt let me bring to the room for my unwell 7 years old child.i have price paid for all the members of family.that was unfriendly I didnt feel good.she didnt had breakfast for 4 days because she didnt want to go and stay in room.

Positive: Location. Open roof terrace with a promenade view. Indoor swimming pool, kid really liked it.
Negative: Room soundproof is disastrous, you can literally hear your neighbour farting. Balconies are connected in a very unprivate way: neighnour can easily see you lying on the bed. And if you are a non-smoker, be prepared to smell the smoke every your neighbour goes for a smoke. Breakfast is very average. Hotel says that gym is open at 07:00 - that is not true. During our 7-day stay.there was never any gym staff until 09:40-09:50, so you simply cannot get inside, as room cards cannot open it, you need staff card.
Summary: In general ir was ok. Would not come again

Positive: It was a lovely location close to the sea with beautiful views. We also enjoyed a great breakfast and very friendly staff always happy to help. The staff were also multi lingual so no problem if your Spanish is very basic. Also a good place to be for coeliacs as breakfast choices include thar and there are a lot of options.
Negative: It was a shame that room temperature could not be regulated in the room by thermostat. I found it quite on the warmer side that needed so we had to open the balcony door for ventilation

Positive: The location is specially good with a great beach a couple of meters from the entrance. Clean pools with sadly not enough sunbeds. A big thanks to the lifeguards who take care of the sunbeds to be used properly and not "reserved" by people that are not using the pool. Nice spa. Great entertainment for the little ones (up to 10 y/o) during the day and the mini disco in the evening. Great to have the opportunity to visit the night entertainment at the other Rosamar Hotels. The breakfast is very good, with variety and very well done. The staff in the restaurant/kitchen is always kind and attentive.
Negative: On the last day is it possible to store the bag and enjoy the hotel, but there is sadly not possible to take a proper shower, because in the showers there is no soap or shampoo. To have a towel for the pool you have to give a deposit of 15€ in cash, per towel. The people are using the room towels for this purpose, of course... What a pity! Those points are easily fixable and could give the hotel a 10.

Positive: Great location at the heart of town but no noise from outside, big balcony, has all essentials.
Negative: We booked on weekend during the high season so staff was busy and overwhelmed. For what I paid I expected better service to be honest. We checked-in online ahead of coming to save us some hassle but for some reason the lady had to check us in manually again. We asked for a bellboy to help with the bags, they had no one (it’s a 4 star hotel!!). Breakfast host was rude when we entered from the wrong door apparently (we didn’t notice it’s written staff only). Their parking was full so I had to park far. Swimming pool is packed with people. No value for money and I wouldn’t come back.
Summary: Overpriced for what you get.
