Positive: The spa was incredible and great that you didn’t have to book a particular slot.
Negative: It was a good 30 minute walk into town, albeit the walk was lovely and on a dedicated cycle/walking path.

Positive: Shuttle service was amazing, concierge very helpful, check in was flawless, amenities in room were high quality, building was beautiful with great artwork and design, spa facilities were divine
Negative: Rooms facing main road are very noisy, room was extremely hot - couldn’t leave window open due to noise from the road all evening and morning, restaurant staff were not dialled
Summary: Has potential to be incredible however was fine.

Positive: Beautiful property and wonderful team. Good location, great spa.
Negative: Room is on the small side, though sufficient. Child policy - kids screaming and running on the corridor outside our room early in the morning. Even though it is not the hotel’s fault, the caretakers could be reminded of etiquette.
