Positive: Very secure in a great location for walking around town. Apartment was very clean and well appointed. Host Ricardo was wonderful with communication and answering all questions. He provided videos of how to access the building and apartment which were very helpful. Very good value in the city.
Negative: There was quite a lot of noise from the street.

Positive: We were pleasantly surprised to find that the apartment had two bathrooms. There was a concierge at the flats who spoke no English but understood our predicament with the turnstiles and let us through without a key fob to turn them. The lock on the apartment door was high tech but easy to use and opened first time using the PIN. The use of WhatApp to communicate made it easy to discuss issues as we came across them. Key fobs for the door and turnstiles were on the apartment table when we arrived and they made coming and going easy as pressing the fob against the sensor.
Negative: The sheets and towels were thin with only one towel each. They were adequate for the job but lacked the luxury of big fluffy towels and high thread count sheets. The street noise was intrusive but there is not much anybody can do about that. We live in quiet suburban area at home and not used to the hustle and bustle of the city

Positive: It was easy to get in - the host sent all necessary information in good time. Google translate helped to understand each other. The building is conveniently located with walking distance to all main tourist attractions. The property has good size and good facilities. Overall enjoyable stay.

Positive: 5 weeks of travelling and this was the best place I stayed. Very clean and close to everything. Excellent security and very helpful owners who I would highly recommend. Much better than a hotel as it feels like a home rather than just a bed for the night, highly recommend.
