Positive: Helpful staff and friendly staff. The room was exceptionally clean and neat. Great gym and swimming areas. The hotel has a grand architecture style with a quaint atmosphere. The nighttime view of the Schwedagon pagoda is stunning for the hotel room.

Negative: Limited breakfast options for alternative diets at breakfast. No lactose intolerant or vegan friendly options.
