Negative: 1) Illumination in front of the house is not working> very danger for kids 2) lock box is not working properly, fall down when open, and one of the keypad is missing 3) linen was dirt with stain 4) all bin outside the unit are full 5) floor is not solid, lots of noise when walking at the night> kids easily wake up 6) front door lock is unsafe, easy to look through and pry open 7) rain shower is very weak, and the faucet is not easy to turn
