Summary: The place and rooms were great, the location right next to the street was a bit loud if you have your window or door open (a lot of people rev up their bikes/cars for some reason in the vicinity) but if you close everything you hardly hear it. All devies worked without trouble, the garage entrace is quite steep, if you have a low laying car be careful there.

Summary: We realy enjoyed our stay. The house had everything it needed and was very clean. We loved the pool and the owner was very nice and very helpful. We definitely recommend this place for a holiday in Roses.

Summary: I did not expect he villa to be as lovely as on the listing… but it was. Immaculately clean beautifully uncluttered and modern ! 10 minutes walk to the beaches and more restaurants and bars than you could ever need ! 5 mins walk to supermarket !! Just fabulous!!

Summary: We were 2 families of 6 people. The house was very clean and spacious and our host Teresa very helpful with arrival and departure. (Communication only in Spanish or French though) Location very near the beach and restaurants. If something critical had to say it was the pool. The water circulation was on/off so that the filters didn´t have enough time to remove all the 'dirt' on the surface? Overall I highly recomended the property!
