Summary: Lovely clean friendly guesthouse . Nothing was too much trouble . Lovely cooked breakfast with lots of different cereals . Lovely couple. My grandkids really enjoyed it

Summary: From start to finish we really enjoyed our stay. Place is spotless and very very quiet. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Rooms were immaculate and a decent size. Lounge and bar area comfortable with board games for kids. Well stocked bar and the cocktails were lovely! Thank you Andy and Jo for a lovely stay. We will be back thats for sure!

Summary: Room was spotless. Jo & Andy were welcoming and friendly, made us feel like we’d known them for ages. Breakfast was lovely. If we visit Blackpool again, we would definitely be returning to this B&B. Highly recommend.

Summary: Absolutely Fantastic service above and beyond any other b & b i have stayed in . Even better service than most hotels . I cannot thank them enough fo such a warm welcome and a great time !!

Summary: Great location, comfortable and sizeable room for a B&B, Full English breakfast and other options was great, Location is fantastic for all three piers and tram connections. Communications with the owners was great who organised parking for me. Will be looking to book again soon
