Summary: We had a great week in south beach. Only thing the garden is very run down .. Garden furniture very very old .. To spend that amount of money on a house you would like to be able to relax in a nice garden and that was far from it . Over all the house was fine . Good space in general.

Summary: The following were our principal concerns. 1. The house was not clean. This I pointed out to Aine as soon as we walked through the door On arrival. The floors were dirty & sticky, The house was dusty & full of cob webs, the windows Were grubby, the house did not have a smell of being cleaned. 2. No hoover. 3. When I changed the bed linen after a week, I removed a duvet cover in the back double room And discovered a significant amount of congealed vomit on the duvet. My son slept there for A week!!! I have to say I was most upset. 4. The property and the garden are very very tired and the photo’s on the website mis-represent the position materially . When I agreed to rent No. 19, I specifically asked and received Confirmation that on arrival at 4pm on Saturday 25th July 2015, the beds would be made up and The house would be clean. The rental of the attached property I have to say very negatively impacted on our precious two weeks family holiday in Rosslare Strand. We have been renting for over 17yrs we have never experienced the like.

Summary: A lovely holiday home. The estate is two minutes from the beach, ideal for kids (6 - 13 years). We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very well appointed in terms of delph, pots, equipment etc. Given the location, a barbeque should be provided. Other than that minor issue, we'd heartily recommend the house for a family. The estate itself is primarily used by the owners of the properties. Great break. We'd hire the house again.
