Positive: I stayed at Roston hotel for 4 nights, and I had an exceptional stay from start to finish. The level of service was truly outstanding. Favour at the front desk was warm and welcoming, Victor was incredibly helpful in assisting with my luggage and ensuring I was comfortably settled into my room, and the restaurant staff were equally attentive and professional. Every member of the team demonstrated genuine courtesy and a willingness to help. The room was impeccably maintained with daily housekeeping, and the food was consistently delicious. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality of service and experience provided, and I felt I received excellent value for money. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, quality service, and a memorable stay

Negative: I was told there was complimentary breakfast and then I ate and was later told it wasn't covered for my room. That didn't feel nice and I stayed in the premium

Positive: Its location was good.

Negative: Standards have dropped rather rapidly in this newly opened hotel. The rooms are NOT as clean as they used to be. The A/C vent was especially dirty and a reason for health concern.
