Negative: I had a rough night with the big(high) pillow, but believe there were a smaller one in the cabinet. I also didn’t ask for a smaller one, so fool on me

Positive: The host is very kind, rooms are clean and organised. We had a very pleasant stay in this place, would definitely recommend. The area is great to see, very accessible by car. Also free car parking is available in this location. Made our transportation very easy and convenient.

Positive: A great location for day trips to the surrounding area and nearby swimming spots. Friendly and helpful staff. Simple self-checkout. Comfortable beds and linens. Refrigerator and electric kettle. Balcony with seating. Blackout curtains to block the sun. Modern outlets by the bed with USB charging ports. Lamps by each bed.

Negative: Complicated check-in = it would be nicer to receive a link in advance and enter the information at home on a computer at my own pace. The floor and beds creak slightly. The refrigerator had broken shelves, so bottles fell out every time the door was opened. The place seemed to have been neglected for a long time (dust and dirt in the radiators, grime around the shower). Right next to the train station, so it's a little noisier, but not too much.

Positive: We had an unexpected stay at Rosy’s House B&B in Bad Goisern after our car broke down, and we are truly grateful for the kindness we received there ❤️ We made a last-minute booking and got a reply almost immediately, which already gave us peace of mind during a stressful situation. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and everything was perfect for our stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and even allowed us to check in 2 hours earlier, which helped us so much. After check-out, we accidentally forgot our phone and charger in the room. We contacted them via WhatsApp and received a very quick response, and thankfully we got everything back without any problems. They were also so sweet to give us coffee capsules for free because we didn’t have small cash with us. The mountain view from the room was absolutely beautiful, very peaceful and relaxing. The location is also great, very close to Hallstatt and surrounded by amazing nature. Such warm, caring, and helpful people. Thank you again for everything — we would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Austria 🌸
