Positive: Spacious, comfortable and very well equipped apartment (including washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, salt, pepper, sugar....) Clear instructions on how to get keys. Arosa is quite hilly, but the free bus is useful for getting around.

Positive: Nice flat, furniture and a bit old-fashioned, but all good. Used it for hiking holidays, now thinking about booking this also for wintersports. Good customer service (e.g. if number of people staying changes).

Positive: Clean, everything in good shape. Access to SPA, pool, sauna, tennis for free. Ski bus excellent. Kitchen utensils not the newest but all there and in good shape. Ski room, garage. Coop is few minutes stroll uphill.
Negative: The ski in trail not in use, maybe later in season when more snow. Need skibus to return.
Summary: Highly recommended.

Positive: The location was nice. The access to Robinson Club was enhancing the experience of the stay. The shuttle bus was making the access to lifts easy. Great ski area for all levels.
Negative: The door on one of the apartments (18) was not closing. There was a noise from heating on one of the apartments(18). There was no internet on one of the apartments (21).
Summary: Very nice holidays overall and comfy apartments. Some details could still be improved.
