Summary: It’s a little tricky to describe this experience, but I’ll do my best. Upon arrival, we were placed in Room 106 on the first floor, which was quite noisy. Thankfully, we were later moved to a room on the 10th floor. However, we noticed that the previous guest had spilled water on the bedroom slippers (they were wet when we tried to use them,) and had “borrowed” the hairdryer. Despite these inconveniences, the housekeeping staff were exceptionally kind and went out of their way to assist us with every issue we encountered. Their warmth and helpfulness truly stood out.
