Summary: Emailed and called guest host days before arrival about check in process but no response. Got to house on time but no door code. Had to wait in hot driveway for an hour before getting code. Host finally called and said he was never notified by management company about the rental. Upon entering kitchen saw big puddle of water leaking from freezer onto floor. Beds left a lot to be desired. King bed was squeaky every time you moved and had a box like mattress, queen bed in bedroom 2 appeared to be a hospital bed, head board not attached (looks like it could fall on your head), bed sits only about 12 inches off the floor (won't hurt too much if you fall out). Bedroom 3 is a bunk bed and bedroom 4 has a futon and crib. TV was frustrating, could only only get YouTube, and signal was delayed. Master bath shower door leaked water onto floor. Yard was uninviting, grass was dead. On plus side house was clean, comfy sofas, large rooms, price reasonable, nice neighborhood with park, tennis, basketball, playground across street.

Summary: Nice, clean house in a quiet neighborhood. Big park across the street. Not far from I-35 and convenient to a great outlet mall, restaurants and grocery stores. Would stay here again.

Summary: We were in town to visit friends who live very close to this property. The location was perfect, close to friends, close to the HEB, and basically 20 minutes from anything you're looking for in the area. Bathrooms have been renovated and new flooring installed throughout which is very nice. I imagine a few things are still going to be done.... some lights and switches didn't seem to work and the kitchen needs renovation. The items in the kitchen are a bit odd, no regular glasses, but there's wine and martini glasses. We bought paper plates and cups to make things easier. Overall the home was comfortable and quiet and had everything we needed. Thank you for providing coffee, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. We will definitely stay again if we are heading back to Round Rock

Summary: We arrived very late in the evening and the code entry was perfect. House was ready, clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive to the few questions I posed during our stay. Great safe neighborhood too.

Summary: Very nice home and was well kept. Clean inside and out. Park across the street. Our host had extra incentives waiting for us and that was a plus. (Pancake mix, toiletries, coffee, tea, etc) 13 minute drive to Kalahari water park.. We will stay here again if we come back.

Summary: Everything that is pictures is accurate and then some. The host was very generous and had so many extras in the home. We had more than enough space and was very close to the Kalahari waterpark, Austin's play and a park was right across the street from the home. They had additional towels, left coffee, waffle mix and had laundry detergent and so many extras there as well as spices. Very nice space for a family or group. Will stay here again when in the area.
