Summary: Clean, hot shower, felt safe. No resort but was a decent bed and hot shower. No complaints at the price. Good night's sleep and left clean after a good shower.

Summary: Nice room, great price. Immediately after I checked in an employee came over to make sure the AC was working ok. He said a maid had inadvertently flipped a breaker or something earlier and he wanted to make sure the AC worked properly.

Summary: At $40 a night you have to have low expectations, but this place was great! Clean bed, and did NOT smell like smoke which is all I was looking for! There was a fridge and microwave which exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this place to budget travelers. The only things to note are that the air conditioner/heater is above the sink so you have to climb the sink to turn it on. There was not a remote. I am young so that is fine, but if you cannot do this then you will be without temperature control. The coffee maker did not have the little plastic thing in order to brew. There was a coffee maker and coffee, but I could not brew because the plastic that normally holds the coffee was not there. Overall I am extremely happy with my stay, and I would definitely stay again! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a budget hotel.
