Positive: The location was calm, and relatively silent. The bed was comfortable and the room was big enough. For the price is a good value and for dog owners the dogpark is rigth there. The host answered fast and correct to our questions he was alltogether friendly and reliable.

Negative: There was no sink in the room. We choosed the appartment for self check-in, but the owner called/texted daily that he would meet us, we didnt get any reason why. (Ok, I didn't ask. I was somewhat shocked.) On the third day, he called me that he tried to reach us but we weren't there (mid-day). We were informed about additional price (because of our dog) and ID check needed which for us completely fine, but the communication management was exhausting and I had no idea, why an owner calls me without telling the reason if we are at the appartment... I find it also weird to come at random time and knock on your quest door in an arbnb like appartment. At the end we managed everything and it was self-checking but I would prefer to be informed in advance about the to dos and extra costs, and not called randomly to catchup with owner while im on holiday. We travel often, and never had such experience.

Positive: We stayed for one night, and overall it was a comfortable stay. Other than that, we didn’t have any complaints. Considering the prices in Budapest, it seems to be in line with the typical range for this type of accommodation.

Negative: One thing to note is that there is no sink in the bathroom in the two bedrooms — there is one shared sink for three rooms. However, this didn’t cause any major inconvenience for us. The main downside was the sound insulation. In the morning, you can hear other guests waking up and walking on the creaky wooden stairs, which made it harder to sleep in. The location is not very close to the city center — it takes about 20–25 minutes by bus to get there.

Positive: I needed a hotel close to a venue at Analog Music Hall, which was like 10-15 minutes by foot. Roxanne was close by and comfortable.

Negative: The restaurant seemed to be closed long term, so we had access to a restaurant, that offers no service, no cooking, no breakfast and there isn't anything nearby so bring your own food. Also, there was no sink in the bathroom, just a toilet and a shower and the window cannot be opened. Other than that the room served well.

Summary: The restaurant was out of operation, there was no sink in the bathroom, but OK anyway
