Positive: Royal Arch Riverside Park is set in a beautiful location and an ideal base for surrounding attractions. The lodge was very clean and comfortable.
Negative: No hand soap provided in toilets and no Wi-Fi. As site is classed 5 star would have expected there to be a few little extras within the lodge but it did not spoil our holiday.

Positive: It was a very nice location, very peaceful and just what we were looking for on our short break.
Negative: The hot tub was not as private as it could have been and no hooks to hang up towels or robes .There was not any hand soap or shower gel where every other lodge we have stayed in provided these basic products. The shower was clean but could have done with mold cleaner for areas in it. The mattress on the bed was very soft and thin which was uncomfortable.
Summary: Lacked in some areas.
