Summary: The air conditioning vent was blowing directly onto the bed, making it cold and difficult to sleep. The thermostat was locked so could not be changed. And there was no blanket in the room, only a sheet. Not a good stay.

Summary: I almost never compliment a hotel. I book so many. But this place is not the most modern up to date hotel I have seen but it is certainly the best placed by the marina and castel in Naples. The bar serves lovely snacks with the drinks. The pool is ideal, not too big but with a lovely pool bar and shower. They provide towels. The whole hotel deserves its 4 stars. The staff in particular are exemplary.

Summary: Every single member of the staff was welcoming, kind, and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the room was just stunning with the balcony view of the water. Taxi stand are very close and there are many nice restaurants within walking distance. Please note that you have to go down to the desk for a different key if you want to use the gym or pool. Highly recommend this hotel. Pay extra for the water view!
