Positive: Large room and bathroom. Nice pool. Nice grounds and staff (willing to help). The food was very nice dinner and breakfast. The value was great for £20 per night with breakfast.
Negative: Insects everywhere inside room. Poor lighting. Slow service.

Positive: It’s cute that every room is like a small little bungalow and the pool was clean and nice to use
Negative: The bathroom wasn’t very clean. Also it can be noisy when there is a party going on (because they also host weddings and in my case a birthday party). I had to ask for basic things like toilet paper

Positive: A lovely place. Small cottages set in a shady tree covered area. Not fancy but nice and modern rooms, great pool too and a bar and restaurant. Very good value. Recommended
Negative: Not in the centre but it doesn’t matter in this small town

Positive: The location of Hotel surrounding greenery is its highlight. The staff were warm & thoroughly professional . The room services was very prompt & excellent. The food quality & quantity was something beyond expectations, made to your taste. Mr Isuru & his team made sure that , we were comfortable at all times. The Manager, Mr Tharanga was very helpful & accommodative for special requests in terms of food & check in/check outs .
Negative: The dining area could have be more cleaner & free of flies.
Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed staying here for 3 nights with lots of good memories.

Positive: We had a really great stay here!! Tharanga was the loveliest host and they couldn’t do more for us. He has amazing English so communication was super easy. The pool is massive with a shallow kids section too, rooms are clean and comfortable. The food was insane, we had a few different curries and string hoppers for breakfast! They were very accommodating and let us order for specific times with vegetarian options It’s currently off season so it’s quiet, and they really kindly let us check out a couple hours later than the initial time. The whole complex is beautiful and they even had a ‘beer pub’ with a wide variety of drinks. Food and drinks were very reasonably priced and overall the stay was great value A little bit far from the town but this didn’t bother us as we just wanted to chill. Negative: It's all a bit quiet, but it is off-season. Pavings are very slippery. .

Positive: We came to the place in heavy rain. The staff is very supportive . We took foods and liquar from their restaurant . Food was 10/10. Cozy comfortable room. Recently renovated swimming pool is a perfect place to relax. Overall very pleasant experience

Positive: We stayed one night only while travelling. I have to say the staff were exceptional and went out their way to ensure our stay was perfect. The lodges and rooms were lovely and a big bonus was the pool. Food was lovely too.
Negative: I liked everything. The only couple of improvements I could think of would be to tidy the area around the pool (broken grate, chipped tiles) and to update the bathroom fittings as they were a little marked.
Summary: Amazing stay! Highly recommend. Staff are wonderful and the room / pool was top notch! Thanks for looking after us x
