Positive: Had late cancellation with no notice until check in from prior booking at Atlantic Hotel down the road. Only hotel we could find at late notice with a triple bed room. Room was 2 star as suggested , it was clean and tidy enough. Bathroom was sparse and could do with some updating, no toiletries at all. Minimum tea & coffee facilities in room . Beds were comfybenough . No air con , be hot room in summer , location of hotel is good, handy to downtown, cafes restaurants and beach basically across the road. Great it had a lift for luggage to upper floors. Cooked breakfast was basic , but good . Overnight stay was OK , wouldn't say good value for money, no parking
Negative: No air con, lack of bathroom toiletries , tea & coffee for 3 x people ( only 2 x cups in a triple room). ,

Positive: Great staff, explained worked nights and what was the earliest I could book in, they checked me in strait away 2:30 mins early, single room booking but a double bed with a good sized room.
Negative: No complaints
Summary: I’ve stayed here b4 , fantastic run hotel, all staff though out are friendly and provide a execlent service.

Positive: Can't fault the location as it was close to pubs shops & the seafront & pier. The size of the room was fairly large for a single & the big screen smart TV was a bonus. Superb value for money plus the quality of the room was surprisingly good for a two star hotel. Free parking also a bonus.

Positive: Location is great around the corner from pubs restrauants and shopping mall.. Beach very close (but not nice clean beach like it recall from younger year visits) Served it's purpose of door to close and somewhere to rest our heads
Negative: Room for a couple yet only one mug there no teas or coffee supplies very standard room.. TV yet no remote quite poor overall Just handed key and told lift there press two No plessentry welcome but served it's purpose for a night away from home luckily we not fussy to complain
