Positive: The home reef with a lot of fishes, sharks, turtles. Just with mask you can see all of them. The nature unbelievable. Very nice staff at the main restaurant.
Negative: Very poor communication. Never received the message from the hotel about our pick up until called to them. In the XXI century why should we use phones when they could message us. Messaging to the property is impossible. The holidays were spoiled by the butler who was completely useless and even harmless for full enjoyment of the holidays. Asking about Hanifaru Bay trip said that there are no trips, instead proposing boat day trips. In the diving center we were told that Hanifaru bay is opened and we enjoyed snorkeling with mantas. The staff in diving center and water activity center is very nice. The departure was also spoiled with this butler lady who every time seeing us approached us, smiling, asking how we are but never was really helping. We asked a late departure but she made 4 am departure explaining that we didnโ€™t give her details in advance. But we did and she was not answering for several days. Another butler who substituted this lady was also of the same helpful level. Talking to us holding one hand in the trousers pocket. I am sorry. But this is disrespect.

Positive: Absolutely stunning. Every villa is private and super comfy and on the beach. I preferred the ones without a pool in front because their snorkeling is better right in front of your villa.
