Summary: There was no fridge, microwave, iron or telephone. We saw that other rooms had appliances.The safe was broken. The key card that opens the door after 11pm wasn't working so we were locked outside. The security officer was not in place to let us in and nonchalantly stands in front of the door and says "pull" but didn't indicate that he had pressed the button to let us in. There was no one at the front desk to reactivate our key card when it wouldn't work to open our room door.

Summary: It was pretty good. I wish they had a map with nearby dining options and taxi drivers' contact details. We were only told about a Dominos Pizza within waking distance which charged $46 for a large and a medium pizza. Taxis in Grand Bahama are sometimes hard to find and cannot be pined down to a time. We wish that Uber would be allowed and the crappy-taxi service monopoly will wither on the vine.

Summary: Last time we got a hotel on this island we had to wait 12 hours for staff to get our room ready. While we waited all guests that arrived after us got rooms. Since I don’t have anything nice to say about that costal hotel, I will say this hotel was much cleaner, friendly staff, reasonably priced and as far as Freeport hotels go overall was awesome! Thank guys for showing us the full power of the Golden Rule
