Positive: It was close to everything, a bus stop, taxi, the coast line and beach, super market....everything. I liked that we had a washing machine and the air con was good and strong for keeping us cool. Had all the utensils needed in a kitchen. Friendly, helpful staff!!!! Oh and watched the sunrise in the mornings only a 5 min walk away.
Negative: It could do with a little touch up here and there but we were barely there unless it was time to sleep and shower. We were out most of the time so it was great for us.

Positive: The staff were exceptional, the manager went above and beyond, any request I had was carried out quickly and without fuss,they even gave me a late check out free of charge . Also Mr Onklay's assistant was a breath of fresh air and was a great face for the premises.

Positive: I liked the location as it was a close walk to the beach (5-10 min) and included the prices to beach chairs at Shark Beach Club which was awesome and had a good variety of food and drinks for purchase available. My elderly parents enjoyed it and the balcony is large. The space is clean and the owners are very kind and hospitable. The air conditioning worked well. Close to restaurants.
Negative: Beds are very very firm. Also, the apartment we had was on the side closest to the school so this won't be good if you are a light sleeper/ want to sleep in. If you book in summer or bring earplugs this won't be an issue though. There could also been an improvement in cookware available but we made it work. None of these are deal breakers and it was still a lovely stay.

Negative: Pool was in shadow and the water was cold. There is a School beside the Hotel and it was super noisy, not good option in school season.

Positive: The property was very clean and the staff very helpful. Very close to all local amenities and 5 mins from the beach and restaurants. I Would highly recommend to stay at royal loft suite and will be booking again.

Positive: The location is perfect, very close to the sea. The staff is friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is perfect for the kids, and teaches them to swim. Not big, but has the area for small kids. The apartment was huge(3 bedroom and common area with kitchen) and had everything that was needed. I have small suggestion. We had two levels of apartment, and had the stairs. The stairs are quite steep, plus the color is dark, so in the evening even with the special light under the stairs it was not visible well. I think it will be nice to have reflective tape there. Thank you for great time with family. I highly recommend that place.
