Positive: We enjoyed our stay at the royal madeleine hotel. The room though on the smaller side which is typical for Paris, was beautiful decorated, very comfortable and very clean. Our balcony was lovely and big. The attached bar/restaurant was wonderful. The staff were very friendly. We even got to experience a drink they made onsite something like a peanut espresso martini- it was delicious! The spa area was a treat, booked out so only my husband and I could use it as they do at this hotel.

Negative: We had an excellent experience with 3/4 of the concierge that we spoke with, most having a very can do helpful attitude.

Positive: Very good location. You can walk to any major attraction) Streets with boutiques are within walking distance, restaurants are all close)

Negative: I wasn’t very impressed with the breakfast, but all the products were fresh and tasty) and got a very dark room, but it was cosy and stylish)
