Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Check-in and check-out were easy and quick. The location is good: there are shops, restaurants, and the waterfront nearby.

Negative: It is unclear why this hotel has such a high rating - the property feels very worn out. The shower head points outside the cabin and cannot be adjusted, so water sprays onto the bathroom floor. Several things in the room were broken (light above the sink, bedside lamp switches, hangers), the towels were old and torn, and the Wi-Fi barely worked - I could not even open Google Docs. Parking around the hotel during working hours was very difficult, and although the hotel seems to have its own parking, no one mentioned it at check-in.

Summary: Good location, but the room condition and maintenance were disappointing.

Positive: The only good think about this place was the staff at the reciption , theyvwerw polite, spoke english and were trying to be helpful.

Negative: Dodgy vibes , customers coming with prostitutes , very noisy , the rooms does not look as good as the photos.

Summary: Avoid unless if you run out of other options.

Positive: If you know the city you can manage you have marmay train station close around 8 min walking place is good and you get good value for the money.

Negative: It does actually smell sigarute and some of the staff were perfect and some were not
