Positive: 🌟 5-Star Experience – Truly Unforgettable Stay! 🌟 Just returned from what can only be described as one of the best hotel stays we’ve had in years. From the moment we arrived, the reception team made us feel incredibly welcome – friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in was smooth, and their warmth set the tone for the rest of our stay. The rooms? Absolutely lovely – spacious and spotless, with a free safe and lovely large balcony. Our balcony overlooked the pool which was lovely but meant you did get the full entertainment experience but this didn’t disturb us and ended early enough not to cause issues. Now let’s talk about the food… fantastic! Every meal was full of flavour, beautifully presented, and with plenty of variety to suit all tastes. A big thank you to the waiters and kitchen staff who went above and beyond to make dining such a pleasure – always attentive, kind, and genuinely happy to be of service. The bar staff deserve special mention too – great measures and quick service every time with a smile. They went above and beyond to help and meet our expectations. There was also plenty of animation and entertainment for those who enjoy it – lively, well-organized activities that brought a real buzz without being overwhelming for those who wanted to relax. However the beach was peaceful and relaxing and the security guard and lifeguard went out of their way to make our day special. All in all, this has been the best hotel experience and the most beautiful country we’ve visited in a long time. A heartfelt thank you to every single member of staff – your hard work, kindness, and professionalism made our stay truly special. We can’t wait to come back! Highly, highly recommended! 💫

Positive: Staff were excellent, from the Reception team (Meher and Majid) to the Entertainment/Activation team. Food choice and quality is excellent. Beach on your doorstep. Small resort, and you'll know everyone by the end of the week. Booked some excellent activities like Camel Ride experiences for the guests.

Negative: Could do with a spruce up, but it's certainly not run down.

Summary: Give this place a strong consideration

Positive: The staff are so lovely and helpful. The food was excellent and a good choice. The rooms are clean and a good size. Always beds available around the pool and a beautiful beach bar and beach area.

Negative: The gym is very small and not very well equipped but still OK and did its job.
