Summary: Property in adequate nothing like the advertisement said outdated shower didn’t work had no utensils were missing comp. There was no ironing board no kettle to boil water. We had one rusted spoon 2 cups two plates and a rusted knife bedding as in the comforter was not washed prior to us arriving it smelled old stinky not impressed with the price I paid and I booked it at least nine months in advance and the room still wasn’t ready for occupancy.

Summary: 1st room,no ac,2nd room bird bath no shower,3rd room fixed shower,rusty toilet bowl,bloody sheets,ripped pillow case,doors dirty,toilet did not flush properly.i give benefits to 2 stars but this was the worst.place has potential, swimming pool bottom dirty and tiles missing. Staff was helpful but not accommodating

Summary: The property is not well maintained at all. There was no trash can in our room, so we had to save trash in a plastic bag we had. We told this to the person at the front desk, who had no response. The rooms were not well cleaned, and everything is old and pretty beat-up. We were lucky to find a place for Carnival, but it was way too expensive for what was provided and not a nice place to stay.

Summary: This was a last minute booking during Carnival. It worked out but the bathroom needed a deep cleaning. No wifi in the room!!! You need to goto the lobby for a strong signal. If you need wifi PASS on this place. Or work in the lobby.

Summary: I enjoyed my stay and the bed was very comfortable. But I was very disappointed in the Wi-Fi connection. The Wi-Fi connection didn’t connect in my room. They definitely need to invest in a stronger Wi-Fi connection for the whole hotel property.
