Negative: Firstly they gave us a room without lift access. Once I mention about my knees problem, they quickly change room to lift access. Otherwise great place and great hotel service.

Negative: Staff were very miserable. Probably the most uncomfortable bed I’d ever slept on in my life. My addition request was completely ignored. Never had a problem at the fairmont before so I’ll return there instead

Positive: The view is amazing, the location is fine, and the food was good as well.
Negative: The room had two separate beds on wheels 😭😭😭😭😭. No idea who thought it was smart to put wheels under beds, especially in a 5-star hotel, which makes it even worse. Every time you move, the bed slides with you 😭😭😭😭. But aside from the bed situation, everything else was fine.
