Positive: It was spacious, lovely views. Lots of facilities. Nice roof top pool. I did think from the description the pool was individual to the room.
Negative: On the first day/second day we had no hot water. This was from arriving to around midday on the Friday. We was told this was affecting floors 10-31. Then we were told it was a ‘global issue’. This was very inconvenient and stopped us from venturing out as we needed to freshen up from arriving the night before. Having only got two full days to venture out, this reduced our time. The freezer wasn’t accessible because the drawers were frozen solid. So we couldn’t open the drawers. It would have been helpful to have been advised prior to booking in Vienna for those dates, that on the Friday there is not much open as it was a national holiday. So I feel like we really lost a full day. Bit disappointed with that.

Positive: What a beautiful apartment in a stunning location. Looking out onto this view morning & night & how different they looked was a dream come true. The facilities are great, everything was easy to use & the apartment was beautifully clean. Our holiday was a mum & daughter break, mum had the bedroom with the double bed & I had the double sofa bed. Both sleeping spaces were extremely comfortable. A couple of teething problems were resolved quickly - the second bed wasn’t made up & the hairdryer didn’t work. All was sorted quickly & without fuss. The TVs you can use with your own accounts for Netflix, Disney+ etc. The wrap around balcony was superb and the underfloor air conditioning that comes from the canal is brilliant. The location is quiet and only a 5 minute walk up to the main transport link for the metro and underground as well as trams/buses. We went for the city travel card which was ace and more than paid for itself. 4 stops on the underground & you are in central Vienna! There is a lovely Italian just a 30 second walk from the block & a stunning seafood restaurant attached to the block. There is a fab supermarket next to the block, so it’s all super easy. The real gem was the rooftop pool - what a treat as we had temperatures of 35+ so amazing to cool off and unwind. The loungers up there are ace & the residents, really lovely people who enjoy the company of respectful guests. The host allowed us to check in early which really helped off an early flight! Real little gem of a find & we’d stay again!!

Positive: The apartment was big and so nice made . The view 180° was just incredibly beautiful, especially during sunsets and sunrises . The terrace on 33 floor was so relaxing and the view was amazing. The staying in the apartment was very comfortable and we slept very good, because the matrass was excellent. We really enjoyed the accommodation.
Negative: There was any shampoo or shower gel

Positive: The location is very good, close to the metro for reaching the city centre. Supermarket inside the same bulding was really convenient especially with the bad weather. The view from the apartment is amazing! The apartment is large enough for a couple and a baby. The balcony is huge and again with wonderfull view over The Prater :)
Negative: General cleaning could be better. Especially the bathroom should have needed more attention (the bathroom extractor was full of dust, it seemed not to have been properly cleaned by long time).

Positive: Great position and close to the U Bahn so easy to visit all of Vienna’s attractions. Was lovely to have a pool and terrace with sun-loungers though was very windy at times!
Negative: This is a ONE bedroom property not 2 as advertised where it says it has 2 bedrooms as well as a sofa bed. There is only one double bedroom and then a double sofa bed and single bed sofa in the living area. This did not go down well with my teenagers as we had one room less than we expected.
Summary: Lovely one bedroom apartment in good location for sight seeing Vienna.

Negative: We thought there were 2 bedrooms, but there was only 1 with the lounge having a sleeper bed couch.

Negative: Heat was topped ar 22 degrees. We were with a child and it was very cold. It has only one bedroom not two.The fold out couch is impossible. No shower gel only some Hand soap.
