Summary: We had a great stay at the Royal Villa in the Heart of Munich! Susi was a great host and made us feel very welcome. The house was spacious and comfortable. The location was quiet and we easily navigated the transit system. It was a lovey home and I would recommend it.

Summary: Suzi's place is the perfect spot for a large group looking to enjoy Munich. My friends and I visited for Oktoberfest and we couldn't have stayed in a better place. Highly recommended!

Summary: House was excellent to accomodate large groups. They included a bottle of water and chocolates. A full tour and tutorial (coffee maker) was included! Two younger female members of our party checked in first before the rest of the party arrived. The owner knew that the two young women would be alone in the house that night without the rest of the group. At the end of the house tour, the male owner asked the younger female renter for her personal phone number to share local cuisine. Not realizing that all communication was supposed to be through the app, she complied. The male owner did send local cuisine suggestions but also sent a text after midnight that made her uncomfortable. This may have been a cultural issue; however, asking for the phone number, the timing of the text, the fact that the women were alone in the home, and the fact that the owner referenced aspects of a young woman's physical appearance made both members of our party feel uncomfortable.

Summary: The house is very modern and has up to date appliances. The owner is kind and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay even though it was unexpectedly hot, however Susi provided fans. We were glad the bedrooms in the basement were for couples as it was cooler there. One couple upstairs had to use earplugs for the trains going by in early morning. We had a good time and the house served our needs. Hope to be able to return to Munich someday and see the area again! Maybe they will have a hot tub or pool next time :)

Summary: The home is spacious, lovely, and immaculately clean. Susi is a wonderfully responsive and accommodating host, providing coffee and tea and leaving fresh flowers and chocolates as a welcome gift. The train station and a wonderful cafe/bakery are a short walk away from the villa. A high speed train line runs just yards from the property, but the house is well-insulated so the sound is not too intrusive. We rented two cars, and there was plenty of room for parking at the villa. There is also a gas grill in the back yard, which we used one night for a cookout. Our family had a lovely stay in Munich — thank you, Susi!

Summary: I stayed at this house with a few friends of mine for our vacation in Munich/ Octoberfest. We absolutely loved this house and Susi was very sweet. She made sure we had everything necessary for our stay including extra towels, etc. She also had chocolates and cookies out when we first got to the house. I highly recommend this place it’s also a close walk to the train station and then about 10 min train ride to Marienplatz or Hauptbahnhof. Will definitely be staying here again.
