Other Policy Important maintenance & construction notice โ€“ read before booking:, our front entry & exit gates located on mulyan place will be undergoing substantial repair works beginning on the 11th of september, 2023, the works are expected to be complete by the 10th of october, with all going to plan and weather permitting, for those who will be booking a stay with us during the september โ€“ october period, please rest assured that there will be no disruptions to our guests, however do keep in mind that during this period, there will be no access to and from the front entrance & exit gates at all times. all incoming and outgoing traffic must use the back gate of the resort, which is located on heeb street. any guest arrivals will need to enter the resort from this gate. if the gate is closed at the time of arrival, guests will need to call reception to be let into the resort on (07) 5597 0650, please feel free to reach out to us if you need help or directions to our back gate on heeb street, we thank you for your understanding while we improve the resort for all of our future guests, please note that this hotel will not accept any reservations for groups in which all guests are under the age of 18. any guests under 18 years of age traveling without a parent or legal guardian must present a signed letter from their parent or legal guardian accepting responsibility for any damages, you must show a valid credit card and photo id (passport or driver's license) upon check in. this credit card and id must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation, and a copy will be retained by the hotel, if you have any questions regarding these matters, please contact us via phone or email and we will be happy to helpplease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Positive: We had a 3 bedroom villa and it was huge!! Great for 4 kids under 12.
Negative: It felt old. There was a dead spider in the corner when we arrived which I believe had been there for some time. The pillows were not comfy but thatโ€™s minor. It had everything we needed for one night.

Negative: Was extremely dated and alot of maintenance was needed. Kids were disappointed with the pool facilities, both spas were not working, outdoor pool was freezing and indoor pool was dirty.
