Positive: The apartment is great value for money. Very comfortable
Negative: Although the location is very central, it's in a part of town with a lot of homeless people taking drugs. Also, the customer service is lacking. Emailed them to ask if its possible to extend our stay and didn't receive a response. The following morning called and it went to voicemail & got an automatic bot text saying "sorry i missed your call" but never received a reply to our query.

Positive: The property was beautiful! I love that it was close to China town! On the days I went, there just happened to be an Asiatown Night Market! It’s also walking distance to Parc de la plasse, which is where my family and I did the Hop On Hop off tour! All amazing!

Positive: Simple check in and check out process, the room was clean and spacious and had all the required amenities.
Negative: Nothing, everything was good. Only that the extra linens and blankets were a little difficult to find at first. So maybe a few instructions in the room might help.

Positive: Location is ideal - short walk from the train station and great proximity to Old Montreal, the Old Port and Ste. Catherine. The property itself is clean, safe and quiet.
Negative: The area is very quiet at night, which can be a little daunting as the are sections where there is a high number of homeless/drug use, so if you are walking back in the late evening from Old Montreal it can be somewhat intimidating - but for the most part your personal safety is not at high risk. Challenges of most large cities anywhere you live/travel lately.
