Positive: Lovely lakeside house, the terrace and view are stunning, there's a very nice pier with a boat, the house is fully equipped with pots, pans, cutlery and even spices (if you didn't bring your own). The owner is also very nice, he helped us bring our shopping down to the house because the path leading down to it is steep. Great place!
Negative: Would recommend putting a handrail on the staircase to the second floor, it's quite steep.

Positive: Whatever you think of you need for vacation, was there. Whether it is sunshine or raining, you can enjoy your time there. Hosts are very kind and helpfull. For teenagers great leisure time (swim, paddle board, bbque, boat). Small children might have issues with sharp, steepy access to the lake (lake is deep straight away). We would come back again.
Negative: Minor point: If you have no 4 wheel car, you cannot park next to the cottage. You need to park your car up the hill next to main road (approx. 50 metres from the cottage). The access road to the cottage is very steepy, rocky and with a sharp turn.

Positive: The house was absolutely superb and were very happy to have stayed there. The location is stunning and overall, the house was extremely comfortable. It was very traditional with thick wooden walls and was well presented and very clean. The owners clearly have put a lot of effort into making this house a cosy home. Although traditional, the house is very well equipped with pretty much everything one may need for a week (glasses, mugs, plates, furniture were all good quality). The view from the vast terrace was fantastic as it stretched across the lake and towards the hills. There was a boat that I was able to use, and I enjoyed some very quiet and peaceful moments on the lake. There was a pizza oven, an outside bonfire area, a grill, and lots of very comfortable seating areas. The terrace was very spacious and very impressive. We used the outside table and the loungers a lot. What a fantastic place. The hosts were very welcoming and extremely helpful and - as we didn't have a four-wheel drive - they helped us to get to the house with our luggage from the top of the drive as that was steep. The owners kept in touch before our arrival and were very helpful with everything. There was a dishwasher and that saved a lot of time. The location is great and I'd be very happy to stay there again.
Negative: I'd very happily give this house a 10-star review however there were a few things that were not quite so perfect. Firstly, the stairs inside the house were extremely steep. They were full of character, but I think some form of a rail would help. There was literally nothing to hold on to. This meant getting my suitcase upstairs just wasn't an option, so I had to spend five days with the suitcase in the hall downstairs. It's good I had a towel so could cover my stuff and people didn't have to look at my tops and trousers as we went in and out. I didn't personally see any reference to this in the description. I think if a rail was installed and the feeling of 'walking towards a hole in the ground' alleviated, it'd help. I also clearly missed the requirement for the deposit (it's right at the bottom of the page) so that was a bit of a surprise to find out about it the day before. There were other aspects that perhaps weren’t so obvious from the photos but were not enough to take any stars off tbh, just something to be aware of. There were steep steps towards to the lake (I thought we’d be closer to the lake) and the view across the lake was of a caravan park with very bright lights. Finally, the kitchen was also quite narrow so something to be mindful of if you plan to do a lot of cooking. I’m only commenting on this as the house is quite pricey.

Positive: The property was absolutely gorgeous, secluded, and charming. We stayed as a group of 4 and had plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable. All necessary amenities included. The owner was very friendly and helpful in answering our questions and providing recommendations. Check-in and check-out process was easy. We loved everything about this magical place and did not want to leave this mountainous lake paradise. Will stay there again. Top rating from each one of us. Highly recommend!
