Positive: Great location for the group! Highly recommend, very homely. Will be returning at some point in the year if we can. Staff answered any questions we had in a timely manner! Excellent place for a weekend away with friends and made the most of the accommodation with the projector

Positive: It's a very spacious and less than 10 min drive from the city centre. The host was in contact with me from the time of booking through to arrival and after we left. They were also able to provide recommendation for someone to decorate the living rooms for my son's birthday. She did an incredible job.
Negative: There were a lot of stairs to the apartment, which was OK for the younger ones, but my parents had to take a lot of time to navigate it. But once they were in, they were fine. Also, it needs to be made much clearer on this site that they do require a deposit before you arrive. The information is in the policy section but needs to be prominent. It was a bit of a surprise. Saying that, they did refund the deposit in a matter of days. Good customer service from start to finish. Thank you

Positive: Communication with Anna was great throughout. Facilities were ideal for a large group of people.
Negative: One toilet and shower caused us to book a room down the stair however we felt like we had the whole block to ourselves so was no hassle at all.
