Negative: Wifi not working. Connected to different floor wifi with low signal strength which was of no use. No hot water provided for bath. Refrigerator was not working. Contacted reception staff but no resolution provided. Essentials like tooth brush, shaving kit were not provided.

Positive: A lovely hotel, clean, all basic requirements provided plus free toiletries, friendly staff and well located for Bharatpur wildlife sanctuary

Negative: My bathroom looked lovely but the floor became very slippery after a showers. Watch how you walk when the floor is wet!

Summary: I would use same hotel again.

Positive: The food was excellent. Room was quite comfortable. Some improvements required in the bathroom. Staff, particularly Sonali and Maharaj Singh, were very courteous and supportive. Special thanks to the management for the complimentary cake.

Negative: The corridor from reception area to the rooms need improvement wrt hygiene and decor
