Positive: Very clean, perfectly located, peaceful area but walking distance to town. It had everything we needed to cook everyday. Lovely shower. Washing machine to clean laundry (could do with a hanging rail for wet clothes)

Negative: It was very hot when we stayed (probably not usual) would have been nice to have a fan in the room.
