Positive: First of all, this is my first time to be in a hotel in the old town and Ottoman architecture with modern lines. The hotel is more than impressive, like you are living in a museum which they have under the ground a real museum since 3000 years and accessible tour for the hotel residence. The welcoming was warm and very easy to check in. In the beginning, we didn't like the location of our 3 rooms since it was on the ground floor and has no views on the pool or garden but later on we like staying out at the restaurant and next to the pool area. The stuff specifically Mr. Sadeg he was very friendly and helpful. He provided an extra bed for my brother without any charge and provided us with a complementary Turkish tea and coffee. He helped us to organize a private customized trip to visit Antalya waterfalls and outlets. Also, he helped us to catch up on our flight after Uber couldn't arrive at the time by arranging two taxis. The food was very delicious and made with love, drinks were tasty, and breakfast was very special. Moreover, the hotel location is very special next to Hadrian gate, bazaar, in the middle of old market. I will visit it again for sure.
Negative: Everything was great, but I wish that my rooms had a better view.

Positive: Great location in old town. Excellent pool and great staff,coffee shop and restaurant. Comfortable bed and good air conditioning. Would have liked a kettle.
Negative: Room was near a noisy road. Would have benefited from heavy duty curtains to keep out light and noise instead of the pretty striped blinds which were inadequate.
Summary: Overall an excellent hotel with a welcoming vibe.

Positive: It's very clean and well manicured , the staff is amazing, they go the extra step to help in every way. The service is impeccable and the food was very good. The breakfast has an amazing assortment to choose from. We loved our stay there, would highly recommend it, and would definitely go back.
Negative: The fact that they only give out 1 key for your room. That was inconvenient!
