Positive: The first thing to mention is the splendid view—our room overlooked the sea. Breakfast was more than satisfying. The room wasn’t very large, but it was sufficient for our needs. There is a huge free parking area. A small beach is located right next to the hotel, and another larger one can be reached on foot in the nearby campsite.
Negative: You need to explicitly request room cleaning and towel changes, as these are not done automatically. On the first day, we weren’t informed about this, so after going to the pool we found the room still untidy. However, once we mentioned it, the staff came within a few minutes and took care of everything.

Positive: The location of the hotel, close to a beach and very quiet, is excellent. Our room overlooked the water, and we swam in the sea a number of times - a great opportunity. Hotel staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. The restaurant is excellent - we ate there every evening and enjoyed it thoroughly!
Negative: Ruissalo is quiet but also a bit out of the way - be prepared to drive 15 minutes to the centre of Turku. Rooms have no air conditioning but a big fan - not that we needed it during our stay.
Summary: Wonderful for a quiet stay in nature

Positive: The hotel offers magnificent sea views and beautiful natural surroundings. The room was very comfortable, and the receptionist and staff spoke excellent English. My baby enjoyed the swimming facilities, and my friend was very happy with the gym. Although the spa massage services were fully booked, I was still able to relax using the paid massage chair outside the swimming area
Negative: Unfortunately, our room did not have a full sea view because large trees blocked the balcony view, so we had to go to our friend’s room to take pictures. In addition, it seemed that housekeeping forgot to refill the shampoo before our check-in, and my husband discovered it had run out in the middle of a shower, which was inconvenient.

Positive: Very nice area, amazing staff, and the public transpiration comes right near the entrance of the hotel.
Negative: Its a bit outdated, the restroom was not so clean and amenities not so new. i’m pretty sure shampoo and hand soup were the sane liquid.
