Negative: Once I asked hotel if I can use outdoor pavilion to gather with my friends and they said it is at your disposal except for kitchen which closes at 10pm or something, and when I was about to arrive with friends I called them and they did not allow which was quite disappointing and not polite for hotel to treat their guest this way, especially in Shaki🫤

Positive: Breakfast was very delicious and fresh and I was mesmerized with variety. The location was perfect to get access nearby market and mall by walk.
Negative: I don't have anything to pin point about not likin any thing. Everything was perfect and good.
