Positive: Location was great & the beautiful shaded garden , amazing pool & plenty of space at the property with plenty of shade . The live in staff guy was amazing & the owners bought in some shopping as we arrived late & provided us with an amazing platter of fruit. Jugs of wine , as a gift

Negative: Alll the beds were uncomfortable very hard & most of us did not sleep well . Definitely new mattresses required . Had to ask for new bedding after a week ( our stay 10 days ) . Many things in description not there or in use . No dvd ( we had children ) . Two kitchens but simple things like no scissors , no storage or containers with lids on . Only about 4 wine glasses for up to 13 people. No plastic cups for children . For the price paid no basic things like washing up liquid, cleaning clothes & dishwasher tablets . Very few drying up towels . No black bags for bins . I feel these are essential.

Summary: Beautiful spacious Villa in great location. Local train station walking distance , but car needed for shopping etc . .

Positive: Great villa with excellent amenities. Large outdoor spaces to relax, great pool area and gardens are immaculate.

Negative: Not much hot water for showers, it ran out after 1-2 mins.

Positive: This is a beautiful property on the prom in Campofelice. The outside space is incredible with a well maintained garden and pool and plenty of space for a large group. The rooms are all spacious and en-suite but some mattresses are quite firm. The owner and caretaker are always available to sort any problems which is great. We were especially grateful for the welcome and delicious food on our first night. It would be necessary to have a car if staying here. We would all definitely return.

Positive: The location is perfect for a family gateway, beach straight when you open the gate, all the bars with lovely food and drinks, and close to Cefalu and othe must see places. The pool is amazing and well maintained by a person who loves onside. The pool was cleaned daily. We loved all the decoration and lovely welcoming food and drinks prepared for us.

Negative: Some of the work was done when we were there and some workers came to do repairs that we were unaware there were coming. It's not a typical villa because it's a member of staff living on side but he was lovely and always very helpful.
