Positive: House was spotless with everything you need, outside area is fantastic and so is the view. Everything in the house is good quality and TV's in every room. The kitchen/dining sitting area is fantastic and where we spent most of our time along with the seating on the decking area. Sonya is a fantastic host and there if you need any help.
Negative: Can't say i disliked anything. We had the weather on our side so that always makes a massive difference.
Summary: Last minute booking to go away for a couple of days with the family and had an exellent stay.

Positive: Location and views were beautiful, modern and open space with lots of light and extremely well looked after rooms.
Negative: We liked it all! Perhaps a few more generic serving/nibbles bowls and plates for food preparation and serving but other than that it was very well equipped!

Negative: Given the size of the house you could have a pool table or similar. Not something we were particularly looking for but just a thought. Nothing we didn’t like.

Positive: WOW! What an incredible house, garden, views, location. Literally everything is perfect! The photos look great but in person it is even better, total luxury and we cannot wait to come back. Already trying to find an available week during the summer holidays. We had lovely family meals every night, the kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans/utensils, everything you need. The kitchen/dining area is where we spent most of the time together and it was so spacious that we never felt on top of each other. The living room was so comfortable and a great set up for chilling together. The rooms were all finished to a really high standard, such large rooms. The dog absolutely loved the garden, we even got some wildlife visitors with a couple of hares and a wee curious stoat. If you are considering this as an option then don't look any further as you will not regret booking here.

Positive: First bite with the eye/wow factor was outstanding. This is a very comfortable place to stay ie, plenty space, warm, excellent facilities, everything worked, comfortable furniture, lots of room for parking, car charger works perfectly. Sonya as host was easy to deal with, she answered emails quickly. No problems whatsoever.
Negative: Nothing.....not even the slightest wee niggle.
Summary: This was exactly what we were looking for, for a family weekend.
