There are 4 outdoor pools, including an adults-only pool, 2 hot tubs, and an on-site restaurant with a 33,500-gallon aquarium where guests can snorkel with the fish. Accommodations feature a flat-screen cable TV, microwave, and small refrigerator. Some suites include a balcony with a view of the courtyard. All Gulf Front Villas include balconies overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Positive: The resort was really nice,clean & Great location . Wonderful welcome upon arrival , champagne toast nice employee from Tennessee Chris and Mike very helpful as well
Negative: Got there ,no air in room ,made 2 calls still nothing, was moved next day to a different room 😕 they must have had a " corporate visit" Tuesday, people all up right saw the corporate person barking orders at elevator did not even greet Any of guests which is kinda of the atmosphere all week..,came and went was never greeted, acknowledged,most times the desk employees NEVER LOOKED UP!Paid for late check out and was woke 3 times asking if we were leaving ...Mike did make that right.Not one housekeeper spoke English so the communication was very hard,a couple days we did not get our room cleaned just exchanged towels and got coffee, literally had to show what we needed..Halls by elevator had a very strong odor.Need new mattresses

Positive: There were various individual areas for groups to gather. Several pools and proximity to the beach was great…
Negative: The pools were on the smaller side. Most of the ice machines were not working. I had to change rooms due to the ac not working and wet carpet.
Summary: With some updates would stay again.
