Summary: The resort is an excellent place to stay, especially if you have children. Our trip was just my husband and me, but we still had a good time. I think the kids had so much to do there, and all of them seemed to love it. The resort is a little aged, but it is still kept up well. Our room was cleaned every day, the beach towels were plentiful, and the food was excellent.

Summary: We had a great time will definitely go back. It was clean but you could tell it is older. However the beds. Couch and chair were very comfortable! Lots of amenities and everyone was friendly & helpful!

Summary: Totally honest review here…. This is NOT a luxury resort! Not yet anyway. The entire first floor is still under renovations. The smells of old musty stale water (or mold) linger up through the vents as well as when you walk by the rooms with open doors. They are working daily. So the sounds of construction begin promptly each morning with earlier sounds of workers getting dropped off and assembling. The bathroom fixtures in our room were not good, the toilet had rings, not sure if stained or not cleaned before our arrival. The towel bar was falling off the wall and the floor divider was rusted. The floors were so dirty that my socks were black after 4 days. The positives: location, location, location! The beach was beautiful, once you walk past the construction workers stationed near the beach access. The restaurant was amazing and ability to use amenities was nice….however, not all available during our visit. Oh, not all elevators work, be sure to ask which ones work so you can park accordingly and same for ice machines!

Summary: Finally got a call after 4:00 pm that we could check in . Got there after 5:00 pm and went to our room and someone was in our room and had been for a few hours. They finally had to move them.

Summary: Not good. Water pressure in the room barely a trickle. Charge you an extra $25 per day to park and $55 per day resort fee.

Summary: Hotel was older and had a monster roach in bathroom. Beach was gorgeous and amazing but hotel needs some work. Worst thing was check-in was 4 and they didn’t get me a room until 6:15, that was so frustrating.

Summary: Overall good place lots of pools and things to do. We just had trouble with our air breaking down and first time was fixed quickly but then 2 days later it went out and took them 3 trips to front desk and 4 hours later for maintenance guy to come then we had to change rooms. Waiting in person to come transfer our stuff never showed up so we had to take all of our stuff across the complex to the new room. We were upgraded to a bigger room which was nice. Our first room for very small for 3 people. Check-in was great . Overall cool place for the minor problems

Summary: Cheryl,on reception was bland unfriendly. I asked her if we had appropriate room for our booking. Couldn't have cared less. No promised prosecco. Room smelled of mildew, and a couple of plugs didn't work. Sound of knocking most of the night. By this time we had unpacked. Went to reception the following morning, Mike was amazing,listened to us, and gave us another room with a beautiful ocean view. Rooms especially brown chest of drawers in bedroom need changing.lounge area great. Some staff a little unfriendly at the sunbed and grill areas. Wasnt keen on the Rum fish grill started to sweep up around us?!! Thanks MIKE ON RECEPTION. Loved St petes tho.
