Three bedroom Ranch house with full kitchen, living room (with 1 couch bed), bathroom, laundry room, and fenced in back yard for your 4 legged family members, but please note that the fenced in back yard is NOT escape proof. There are some gaps around the gates that small dogs could get through. We recommend you do not let your pets out alone at any time.
Fifteen minutes to Cornell and Ithaca Universities or TC3, 30 minutes from Greek Peak, 1 mile to Finger Lakes Trails.
Bedroom 1 has double bed and a set of bunk beds

Summary: Katy and Tommy's home was super cute, clean and very comfortable. Easy to find and easy to get into. Beds were quite comfortable.Their neighbors should clear up their property a bit, but they were very quiet so that was a huge plus and in no way is a negative reflection on Katy and Tommy. Wish we would have found this gem 2 a few years ago after a bunch of ugly stays elsewhere in the area. The neighbors that we did interact with were friendly and asked if we needed any help. A good place to stay in our opinion 😊

Summary: The house was just what we needed for my husband, several adult children, their dog and I to be in the Ithaca area for graduation. Though it was out of town it was a nice easy 20 minute ride. My kids found a great market in Brocktondale to get coffees and sandwiches.

Summary: This is a great property. Very clean and well stocked. The renters were attentive and went out of their way to make sure had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Highly recommend staying here is you are looking for a place to stay in central NY state.

Summary: My wife and I are happy to add to the good reviews for this accommodation. The home was as advertised and fit our needs well for the short stay (comfortable, clean, quiet after a day of activities in the area, and we felt safe so that we could settle in for the evenings). I would recommend this site to others. Also, the fenced yard was great for our small dog. Our pet never stayed home alone and was never unaccompanied outside but the yard was a good secure temporary space for her to stretch her legs to take care of business. Keep in mind that this isn't the Ritz but it is a good place to rest while you are away from home. Lastly, we did feel that the host was attentive and easy to communicate with. Thank you.
