In the council of Teverga, south of the Principality of Asturias bordering the province of León, 2 kilometers from La Plaza and San Martin de Teverga, in the village of VILLAR are the Rural Apartments LA ESCUELA.
It is an old house-school, with several Cuadras and one Tená (hayloft) rehabilitated and converted into 3 independent apartments and the owners' dwelling.
We have our own farm, with parking, terraces, meadow, corners and spaces, and a beautiful view of the mountains of Teverga (Sobia, Ubiñas) and the Valley, with good south orientation and good solar exposure.
We have a large COMMON ROOM (75 m) equipped with wood heating stove.
In the room you can perform all kinds of activities, workshops, courses, meetings.
The room is also prepared and equipped for meals or groups or celebrations.
You will find here the necessary calm to enjoy both the Stillness and the Healthy Activity.
The possibility of all kinds of mountain routes, walking, horse or bicycle and activities is multiple.
