Summary: Een goede raad aan iedereen: BOEK DIT HUIS NIET!!! De foto's op de website beantwoorden totaal niet aan de werkelijkheid. Het huis is vuil en vies, er hangt een muffe geur. Tapijt en vast tapijt zitten vol vieze vlekken, de ramen zijn in erbarmelijke staat. Het raam in de slaapkamer kan niet meer op kiep, zit los aan één kant. Toen ik s' ochtends door het raam keek, dacht ik dat er mist hing. Maar nee, de ruiten waren gewoon heel vuil. De binnenmuren zijn vuil, er zijn vochtplekken op het plafond. Gordijn in de slaapkamer is vies. De hoofdkussens stinken zodanig dat we de avond van aankomst nieuwe kussens en slopen zijn gaan kopen. Veel te weinig servies, slechts 4 dessertbordjes, 1 wijnglas, een tweetal waterglazen en dat terwijl er plaats is voor 8 mensen. De terrastegels liggen schots en scheef, terras is niet onderhouden. Het blad van de tuintafel is scheef getrokken. De muren in de pingpongruimte zijn ooit wit geweest maar zijn nu smerig. Ik heb helaas meer dan 500 euro betaald voor een verblijf van 3 nachten. Ik zou zelfs gratis geen vakantie meer willen doorbrengen in dit huis. Dus ga niet af op de mooie foto's als je dit huis wil boeken, maar lees deze commentaar, en boek vooral niet. De eventuele schadevergoeding van 70 euro die Belvilla me aanbiedt is ook te gek voor woorden. Dit smerige verblijf heeft een domper gezet op wat een leuke vakantie had moeten zijn.

Summary: Das Haus hat uns sehr enttäuscht, da es auf den Bildern gepflegter und freundlicher aussah als es in Wirklichkeit war. Die Küchenausstattung war nicht für acht Personen ausgelegt und obwohl wir nicht so viele waren wurde es manchmal knapp. Grundsätzlich war die Küche dreckig. Die rechte Schiebetür im Wohnzimmer konnte man zwar schließen aber sie ließ sich im geschlossenen Zustand öffnen. In dem Tennisraum war ein Heizproblem und dies hat uns bei den hohen Temperaturen sehr zugesetzt. Wir hatten keine Möglichkeit den Vermieter zu erreichen. Wir haben uns aufgrund der Einrichtung, dem Ungeziefer und dem Zustand des Hauses sehr unwohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt um zwei Tage verkürzt.

Summary: Heerlijk ruim huis. Mooi uitzicht vanuit de huiskamer! De tafeltennis/biljart/dart kamer kwam goed van pas vanwege het slechte weer. Goede uitvalsbasis om de Ardennen te ontdekken!

Summary: Eerst en vooral wil ik bevestigen dat wij een leuk verblijf achter de rug hebben! We waren wat overdonderd door de slechte recensie die 1 maand voor ons verblijf verscheen, de eigenaar stelde ons wel gerust en meldde dat zij hiervoor actie ondernomen hadden. Wat effectief ook vastgesteld werd bij aankomst.

Summary: Heel mooi gelegen vakantie huis met zalig uitzicht vanop het terras. Heel handig dat er twee tafelbanken zijn op het grote terras zodat je zowel van de ochtend, middag als avondzon kan genieten vanop het terras. Er is een internet tv zonder tv abonnement en zonder hdmi kabel. Was niet 100% proper schoongemaakt.

Summary: Verouderd verblijf en stoffig. Gras stond hoog en niet helemaal netjes. De leiding van de wasbak in de wc was lek en de kraan in de keuken ging met moeite dicht. Het huis was niet waard voor zijn geld. Wel jammer!
