Exceptional villa, located on the side of a hill between Canyamel and the Costa de los Pinos, with beautiful and impressive views of the nearby coast and mountains, enjoying beautiful sunsets. A quiet place, without neighbors, on the edge of a pine forest.
It has a large living room with fireplace, air conditioning in each room, optional central heating, a large independent kitchen. Only one of the rooms is located on the first floor of the tower, the remaining five are on the ground floor.
Three bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with three single beds, another bedroom with two single beds and one with a single bed, four bathrooms, three en suite.
Around the house there are spacious terraces, a porch with sofas to spend pleasant evenings, gazebo with outside dining, next to the barbecue for delicious meals.
A pool of 48 square meters, with a spacious terrace for sunbathing will delight young and old.
It is located about 9 km from Cala Ratjada and 4 km from Son Servera. From the road to the house the access road is unpaved.

Summary: It is a wonderful and tranquil property. The beaches and some towns are close by. It was comfortably big enough for 3 families. We loved the big outside table. Looking forward to oming back.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was ideal for all 14 of us. Being so remote it is very private and quiet. Our grand children loved the freedom and the pool. Being disabled it would have helped to have a bannister to the front steps and hand holds near the showers. We did have problems with some taxis not being able to find the property. And on one occasion a driver turfed us out of the cab with half a mile to go? Anyway those were the only negative issues. We did have a very good family holiday.

Summary: The house was nice with a good design (T shape with rooms down the center and the living area at the top - great for putting kids to bed early). Also a great outdoor space, we ate and cooked all of our meals out here. It is somewhat remote (drive down a bumpy gravel role) but had a nice view of the valley and ocean in the distance. Some vegetation could have been removed for a better view. There were some maintenance issues - we killed over 1,000 wasps while there for 7 days - they were mainly around the pool so made it quite difficult to use to pool. We asked for fumigation and they came once we let them know about the 5 wasp nests on the house. There are clearly many more nests in the grounds, but we didn't go searching for them. It improved after chemicals in the pool (which killed a lot of wasps) and the fumigation, but we still had some wasps around the pool and made it challenging for the kids to swim in the hottest part of the day (that is when they were the worst). The house was also not aired out before we arrived - there was a musty / mildew smell and there was mold in the bathrooms on the grout / caulking. Faucets also didn't work well in the showers with half of the water not diverting up to the shower. Lastly, the ping pong table is warped so was difficult to play on as the ball bounded in really weird directions. Overall a lovely stay, nice area and we would come back if the maintenance issues are resolved.

Summary: Wonderful finca in a fantastic location. Huge grounds and amazing atmosphere . We spent a week with 14 friends in the finca and absolutely enjoyed it. Great pool with a wide view, plenty of seating around the house to relax. Uncomplicated, totally flexible check in. We will be back!

Summary: We had a wonderful two week holiday here. We were met by Inma who showed us around a well presented and very clean house. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. A very generous and wide range of fruit and vegetables were provided on arrival which was much appreciated. The rooms are large and spacious and the photographs are accurate. The air conditioning works very well and we were always very comfortable. The house has a very large outside terrace where we ate all our meals. The views are amazing and the house is surrounded by peaceful farmland which is used for growing various trees. There are no noisy neighbours or neighbours at all really. It is a peaceful location and I enjoyed running on the long track in the clean air. There is lots of parking space for multiple cars. We all enjoyed the huge swimming pool which is suitable for a proper swim as well as being great fun for all the children. It is edged by rosemary which smells lovely! There is plenty of seating in the shade and lots of sun beds for sunbathing. The house is all on one level except one bedroom on the first floor. This lacks an en suite bathroom but has amazing views. The beds are comfortable and all other bedrooms have en suites except the single room. The kitchen is large and we were able to cook lots of nice meals. There are plenty of plates, bowls and cutlery. There are lot of small coffee mugs but not many large ones. Two fridges and freezers (one set outside) made storing food easy with plenty of space. There is also a large very good BBQ. The location of this house is excellent for visiting many interesting places. You will definitely need a car! Arta is a lovely town about a ten minute drive away with a very good market. There are many lovely beaches only a very short drive away as well. We had an amazing holiday here and would highly recommend this house and the excellent management.

Summary: We were 11guests and stayed for one week. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. The Finca is really spacious, the rooms are beautiful and we'll equipped. The highlights of the Finca are the barbeque area and the pool where we spent hours and hours. The view into the countryside is exceptional.Inma is a lovely and great host and we could contact her at any time with questions. We can definitely recommend this beautiful place and would love to come back.

Summary: This is a wonderful property. We were a big family group of 13 ranging in ages from 12 to 83. It was perfect for us. Stunning views and lovely pool. Management company were quick to respond to any issue we had. We would live to rent this again.

Summary: 4 families from Sweden stayed for a week. 8 adults and 3 kids in total. The 350 m2 house is perfect for big companies like we were with 4 bathrooms (some of them even en-suites). It's extremely quiet as there are no closeby neighbours and you have to have a car to get there. The house is very fresh and feels quite newly renovated. However the reason for not giving the review 5/5, is that the kitchen had its limits. It was indeed huge, but the space was not so well distributed and the lack of quality hardware and also kitchen utensils and some other things, made it a bit of a struggle to cook properly. There were also basically no standard kitchen items at all, e.g. not even pepper. We had to start our week with buying *everything* a standard kitchen needs. One big plus is the two outdoor sets of tables, really made our stay worth. And obviously also the big & deep pool together with the awesome big bbq grill :)
